About This Site
We believe that God is the same yesterday, today, and forever. As such, we believe that an individual can be redeemed from their fallen condition and obtain a promise of eternal life from God Himself in this life, while mortal. In turn, such individuals are called to be God's servants or prophets who proclaim His words on earth, which generally includes a message of repentance and divine instruction (revelation) about how to also obtain eternal life. This website is devoted to remembering, preserving, and sharing the Lord's work in re-establishing or restoring lost or corrupted elements of His true gospel through the efforts of His servants and prophets. All are invited to renew their faith in and commitment to Jesus Christ by conforming their life to His doctrine by being baptized or re-baptized by individuals possessing authority and power from God.
The administrators of this website desire to remain anonymous, giving all the glory to God. We serve freely and desire all to develop a personal relationship with the Lord and to obtain eternal life for themselves. We are not a church nor a religious organization, but are merely imperfect individuals committed to following the Lord Jesus Christ and receiving the messages of His servants and prophets. This website is not officially sanctioned or approved by any other individual, group, or organization, and only serves as a repository for various resources and materials that have been developed concerning the everlasting gospel of Jesus Christ. Although many of the developers of this website are either former members or are no longer participating in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, we harbor no ill will towards that institution nor its members as we are grateful for the role the church has played in our lives. Because there are likely as many opinions on different beliefs and practices as there are individuals, not all will agree with how or why materials are chosen for presentation on this website. As we seek for Zion, we may not always agree on everything. What is important is how we go about understanding and resolving our disagreements and misunderstandings. As we grow in light and truth, as well as in spirit and knowledge, our understanding expands. Thus, from time to time, materials on this site will be added, revised, or removed. If you would like to contact the administrators of this website for any reason, please use the contact form to the right (response emails may end up in your spam/junk folder). Please feel free to submit comments, suggestions, and corrections. We also welcome contributions that will further the Lord's latter-day work and are in keeping with the message and ethos of this website. Unless otherwise noted, all scriptural references on this website refer to the LDS edition of the scriptures. |
